Core Impairment benefit

Our Core Impairment benefit covers a range of specific, permanent conditions as a result of sickness or injury.

These include the loss of use of limbs; loss of hearing, sight or speech; traumatic head injuries; permanent mental or cognitive impairment; and the inability to perform 2 or more daily activities.

Plus, if only a partial payment is made, the balance of the benefit amount remains intact for future claims.

  • Only has 1 exclusion
  • Offers maximum cover of R10 million
